We live in a time of great opportunities and tremendous challenges. This fast-paced world demands from us an enormous amount of focus and self-awareness, coupled with a good dose of vision and hope. To thrive in this environment, we must look inside and look beyond. More than ever, in both our personal and professional interactions, it is crucial for us to take the time to develop our perception, to be more mindful of our true values and to create a very clear direction to where we really want to go. Business as usual will not do.
Clear Vision • Sound Strategies • Sustainable Actions
And here is exactly where Coaching can help! Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires individuals to maximize their personal and professional potential. It is a partnership that puts the client at the center of the conversation, believing that every client is creative, resourceful and whole. The coach is the expert in the creating the structure for the coaching conversation, the one who holds the container for the client to discover, to investigate and to select their best way forward. The client is the one sitting on the driver seat, taking charge of their own decisions and choosing what works best for them. Based on this principle, my role as a coach is to:
- Encourage client self-discovery
- Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve
- Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies
- Hold the client responsible and accountable
For an individual, this process helps clients dramatically improve their outlook on their personal and professional life, while developing their leadership skills and unlocking their potential. For an organization, it creates the opportunity for the teams to be more productive, solve problems, and better interact with each other.

BIO
Creating the space for discovery, focus, connection and growth.
I help leaders integrate the coaching mindset into how they lead—inviting deeper thinking, stronger engagement, and more meaningful impact for individuals, teams, and the organizations they serve.
Over the past two decades, I have coached and trained leaders in more than 40 countries across six continents, supporting organizations and professionals in cultivating more thoughtful, effective, and human-centered leadership.
I hold the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and serve as an official ICF credentialing assessor and registered Mentor Coach. I am also a faculty member at the University of Texas at Dallas and co-founder of PRIME Coaching Academy, where we train and mentor the next generation of professional coaches. In addition, I host the PRIME SPACE podcast, where I explore the ideas, mindset, and evolving standards shaping the coaching profession.
A deep commitment to our shared humanity informs my work. I strive to create spaces where individuals can see more of themselves and each other—spaces that invite reconnection with authenticity, truth, and the deeper human values that often get lost in the noise of modern leadership.
Before dedicating my work to coaching, I spent years in the New York City marketing industry, collaborating with organizations including DoubleClick (Google), BP, and MetLife. I also hold a master’s degree in music from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ.
Outside of coaching, I am a trained photographer and a devoted meditator in the Vipassana tradition. I enjoy opera, travel, and exploring the richness of global cuisine. I was born in Brazil and have lived in the United States since 1992. After more than three decades in the New York metropolitan area, I now reside in St. Petersburg, Florida.
